It covers cleverlygenius.com, the Clever Members plugin and its companion plugins, Raya and Raya AI, and our web design, hosting, custom plugin, and social media management services.

7. Raya AI
When you use Raya AI, your request and the content needed to complete it are sent to third-party AI providers to produce the result. We do not use your content for anything other than completing your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in Raya AI requests.

We use secure connections (HTTPS), limit who can access your information, store passwords and access you give us securely, and remove our access to your accounts when our work ends. No method of storing or sending information is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you promptly if a breach affects it.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information while you are a customer and for as long as needed afterward for billing, tax, legal, and support records. Terms of Service agreements are kept as proof of what was agreed to. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
