Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older who lives in the United States, has a valid Social Security Number or EIN and a PayPal account, and agrees to the Terms of Service. We review and approve every partner.
How do people use my Referral ID?
They type it into the "Coupon Code or Referral ID" box when they buy Clever Members, or when they subscribe to a companion plugin from their Clever Members website. Your share link fills it in for them on the purchase page.
When can I withdraw my money?
Each commission waits 30 days after the sale. After that it's ready to withdraw, any day you like, from your account page. There's no schedule to wait for.
Are there fees?
PayPal charges a small fee to send each payout, and it comes out of your withdrawal. Your account page shows the fee and the amount you'll receive before you confirm. Joining is free.
What doesn't earn a commission?
Raya AI services, AI Packages, Credit Boosters, renewals after the first year, a website re-subscribing to a plugin it had before, and your own purchases. Purchases that are refunded or charged back are taken back.
Can someone use my ID and a coupon?
No. They choose one: a coupon, or your Referral ID and its 5% off the first year.
Why do you need a W-9?
We report what we pay partners to the IRS, usually on Form 1099. You sign the W-9 online when you apply. Your SSN or EIN is stored encrypted, and only Cleverly Genius uses it, for tax reporting.
Do I have to tell people I earn a commission?
Yes. The FTC requires it, and people trust you more for it. Something as simple as "I earn a commission if you buy with my Referral ID" is enough.
