Cleverly Genius LLC has created the following policies. Read them carefully so that there are no misunderstandings.

Renewals

Starting February 1, 2025, the following payment terms will be enforced for all services:
Payment is due by the 5th of each month. If payment is not received by this date, the following actions will take place:

Services will be automatically suspended on the 11th of the month
To resume services, the customer must pay:

  • The full outstanding balance
  • A $25 reactivation fee

Services will be restored within 24 hours after receipt of full payment including the reactivation fee.

Please note that the reactivation fee is non-negotiable and will be applied to all accounts requiring service restoration due to non-payment.
To avoid service interruption and additional fees, please ensure payments are made by the 10th of each month. If you have any questions about your bill or need to make payment arrangements, please contact our billing department before the due date.
By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms and conditions.
